Security Consultant – Global Proserve Security

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for an experienced Security Consultant to help customers and partners build technical expertise, design secure cloud solutions, and drive security outcomes across large‑scale environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security workstreams on customer engagements, acting as the technical leader for consulting teams.
• Design, implement, and validate complex, scalable, and secure AWS architectures tailored to client needs.
• Drive internal security initiatives that deliver measurable impact and foster strategic relationships with security leaders.
• Enable delivery partners to adopt security best practices and support secure project delivery.
• Mentor and coach colleagues in cloud security, compliance, and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering security consulting, architecture guidance, and engineering on AWS.
• Strong ability to lead proof‑of‑concept projects and collaborate with customers to address security risk.
• Passion for continuous learning, coaching, and knowledge sharing within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
