Security Engineering & Operations Manager (MNC / Central)

About the role

The Security Engineering & Operations Manager will lead the design, deployment and continuous improvement of enterprise security platforms across the organisation. This senior role reports to senior leadership and works closely with technology, risk, compliance and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, implement and operate security solutions such as PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management.
• Ensure security controls meet regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS, SOC 2) and drive remediation of gaps.
• Lead the Security Engineering team, set service standards, monitor metrics, manage major incidents and vendor relationships.
• Provide technical oversight in governance forums, influence senior stakeholders and define security engineering roadmaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network or data security.
• Proven track record leading high‑performing security engineering/operations teams and managing cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
