Senior Account Executive – Full Set Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage full‑set accounting functions for our Singapore operations. The role involves handling all core financial processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Prepare and submit GST returns in line with IRAS requirements.
• Assist with corporate tax computations and related documentation.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts and management reports to support business planning.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Required profile

• Diploma, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accountancy or Finance.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to handle full‑set accounts independently.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and corporate tax regulations.
• Available to start on short notice.
