Senior Account Manager – FX Sales (Singapore)

About the role

The Senior Account Manager, FX Sales will drive revenue growth and expand market share across Singapore and the broader ASEAN region. Reporting to the Head of FX Sales, the role blends proactive business development with strategic account management, focusing on new FX opportunities, client retention and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, growth and retention targets across assigned FX accounts in Singapore and ASEAN.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key banks and buy‑side institutions, leading business reviews and executive meetings.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and new‑business opportunities for FX trading, workflow and data solutions, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, operations and marketing teams to onboard, implement and drive adoption of LSEG solutions.
• Provide market insights, represent LSEG at industry events and feed client feedback into product development.

Required profile

• Significant experience in business development, account management or sales within FX markets or electronic trading.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, client retention and managing strategic accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, influencing and negotiation skills with senior‑level clients.
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation across APAC and navigate complex customer environments.
