Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design projects from concept through execution. The role involves close collaboration with directors, associates, clients and contractors to deliver innovative interior and architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and execute project instructions from associates or directors.
• Meet with clients to capture objectives and requirements.
• Communicate design intent and updates to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare presentation decks for client review.
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation for authority submissions.
• Create tender drawings and documents for contractor quotations.
• Evaluate contractor bids and manage construction contracts.
• Oversee project schedules and track deliverables across all parties.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum six years of experience in architectural practice.
• Familiarity with local FF&E trades.
• Strong creative and communication abilities.
• Passion for thoughtful design.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singaporean or PR).
