Digital Designer

About the role

The Digital Designer will focus on high‑volume production of digital campaign assets for performance marketing and automated ad workflows. You will work within structured design systems to ensure brand consistency while meeting fast‑paced production timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret campaign briefs and create digital creatives using approved template systems.
• Populate dynamic templates with copy, pricing, product imagery, and CTA elements.
• Generate ad variants for all required placements via the ad automation platform, monitoring template logic and layout anomalies.
• Adapt assets to platform‑specific specifications using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain layout accuracy, brand consistency, copy integrity, and technical compliance.
• Export and package final deliverables in static and animated formats.
• Organise asset management, naming conventions, version control, and file structures.
• Identify and flag layout inconsistencies or outputs outside approved templates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital production, graphic design, advertising production, or performance‑marketing creative environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑volume digital campaign execution.
• Experience in fast‑paced agency, in‑house, or commercial production settings.
• Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables and tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and self‑review discipline before final submission.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with ad automation and dynamic creative workflows.
• Basic motion skills in After Effects.
• Basic proficiency with AI‑assisted creative tools.
• Solid understanding of digital ad specifications across social and display platforms.
