Senior Assistant Manager, Innovation & Improvement Office - Analytics

About the role

The Senior Assistant Manager will join the Analytics team of a leading hospital, partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights that drive improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth data extraction, processing and analysis to generate insights and recommendations.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions and create intuitive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Assist projects from conception through delivery, ensuring timely outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, monitor performance and support data‑driven decisions.
• Produce and present regular reports on project progress, impact and insights.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and operations staff to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Align departmental objectives with the hospital’s strategic goals and provide administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, AI or a related quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of experience in service industry or healthcare settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with incomplete data.
• Excellent written communication to translate insights into clear reports and presentations.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable handling uncertainty.
