Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and leading lead‑generation activities across target sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead lead‑generation activities across target sectors.
• Manage client relationships and prepare proposals.
• Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts to secure and grow accounts.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to align service offerings with client needs.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic planning.
• Meet revenue targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Represent KJFEM professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Strong skills in new business development and lead generation with a proven track record.
• Business and account management capabilities, including long‑term contract growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client engagement and internal collaboration.
• Relevant experience in facilities management, soft services, or commercial cleaning solutions is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
