Senior Civil & Structural Engineer – Consultancy (MNC)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to lead the delivery of engineering projects across Singapore. The role involves technical leadership, client interaction, and mentorship of junior staff within a multinational consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design management, coordination and execution of civil/structural projects.
• Provide technical direction, conduct design reviews and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, internal teams and external partners.
• Support business development through tender participation and engineering strategy formulation.
• Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance and fostering professional growth.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised university.
• Eligibility for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil or structural design consultancy.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering design software.
