Senior Coordinator, TM Uptake Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Coordinator to manage TM Uptake Management, ensuring our vessels are fully utilised and cargo is allocated efficiently across trade routes. You will balance customer demand, operational constraints and commercial priorities to keep ships sailing on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vessel space to maximise utilisation across multiple trade routes.
• Plan and execute tactical cargo allocation based on booking development.
• Monitor booking progress, track space fill‑rates and adjust plans in real time.
• Prioritise cargo when space is limited or disruptions occur, making quick decisions.
• Collaborate with global planners, commercial teams and customer service to coordinate operations.
• Handle operational challenges such as delays, transshipment connections and special cargo requirements.
• Support performance KPIs including vessel utilisation, booking response time and on‑time loading.

• Strong analytical thinking with a passion for working with numbers and patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional, global teamwork.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and make decisions under pressure.
• Proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues early.
