Senior Customer Service Associate – Group Contact Centre

About the role

The Senior Customer Service Associate works within the Group Contact Centre to provide contact‑centre services to patients and the public. The role involves handling general enquiries, scheduling appointments and supporting complex healthcare needs in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding callers' needs.
• Provide timely, accurate information and assistance to address enquiries.
• Book or reschedule appointments according to caller requests.
• Handle hotline administrative functions such as emails, referral requests and emergency activation.
• Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline (fresh graduates welcomed).
• Preferably 1–2 years experience in healthcare, contact‑centre or service‑related industry.
• Fluent communication in English and mother tongue, both spoken and written.
• Pleasant, cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑pace working environment.
• Computer literate with good typing skills.
• Capable of multitasking and working under stress.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, public holidays, weekends and standby duties as required.
