Customer Service Officer

About the role

Join TDCX as a Customer Service Officer and deliver excellent support experiences to customers across multiple communication channels. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing strategic solutions and ensuring first‑contact resolution while contributing to continuous improvement of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers across all communication channels.
• Identify customer needs, research issues and deliver strategic solutions ensuring first‑contact resolution.
• Follow up with service partners and internal departments to close cases according to service standards.
• Give constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Build sustainable relationships by taking the extra mile and engaging customers.

Required profile

• Minimum O Level or higher qualification (Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc.).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking ability and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local market language.
• Good phone etiquette, active listening and empathy.
