Senior Data Analyst – Healthcare Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Healthcare consulting team. You will work closely with hospital and corporate stakeholders to turn business challenges into data‑driven solutions, supporting the firm’s mission to help clients turn complexity into competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business leaders to understand goals, capture requirements and identify data‑driven opportunities.
• Collect, clean and analyse large healthcare datasets to uncover patterns and generate actionable insights.
• Lead design‑thinking workshops, produce functional specifications and support user testing.
• Develop and enforce data standards, ensuring security, privacy, accuracy and accessibility.
• Manage data migration, strategic planning and change‑management initiatives while navigating regulatory constraints.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst working with healthcare stakeholders such as hospitals, corporate functions and senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business teams, capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience conducting business testing and supporting end‑user validation.

Required skills

• SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Python for data processing and analysis.
• R for statistical analysis and visualization.
