Senior Designer

About the role

Join JLL as a Senior Designer to lead innovative workplace interior design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality environments that meet client goals and JLL standards while mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workplace interior design projects independently from concept development through to project completion, delivering innovative solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and produce design presentations, concept plans, space‑planning layouts, and technical documentation to support project milestones.
• Prepare and coordinate CAD and BIM drawing packages for design reviews, tender submissions, and site execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage client communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Review drawings, materials, mock‑ups, and contractor submissions to verify alignment with design intent and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering professional growth and a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline.
• Proven experience leading workplace interior design projects independently, managing medium to large‑scale projects.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing consultancy processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and foundational to intermediate skills in Revit for design documentation.
• Experience producing CAD/BIM documentation, fit‑out detailing, and technical drawing packages.
