Senior UX Designer

About the role

CSIT is building robust web applications and data platforms that enable users to make analytical, data‑driven decisions. As a Senior UX Designer you will translate complex workflows into coherent, human‑centred experiences for enterprise‑type SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Solve complex interaction problems and create elegant application designs.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process, collaborating with product managers and engineers to iterate concepts through research, ideation and validation.
• Drive user research activities such as discovery interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews and post‑launch feedback.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders, defend decisions and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience designing software applications.
• Strong command of information architecture, interaction design and visual design with a focus on simplicity.
• Proactive self‑starter capable of communicating and prototyping interactions at all levels of resolution.
