Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud Automation & CI/CD

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation and drive CI/CD excellence for high‑scale data platforms. The role combines hands‑on technical work with the ability to guide small, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with software engineering and product teams to design, build, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment routines.
• Drive automation initiatives that boost developer productivity, enable self‑healing systems, and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Break down complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans while managing timelines and cross‑team dependencies.
• Establish high standards for task planning, architectural best practices, and documentation.
• Champion rigorous engineering hygiene, ensuring systems meet strict security, compliance, and performance benchmarks.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience managing public cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Proven expertise with container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform.
• Experience scripting operational workflows and using automation servers like Jenkins.
• Practical knowledge of modern monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools across hybrid or public cloud environments.
