Senior EHS Executive – Facility Management

About the role

The Senior EHS Executive will lead the implementation and compliance of Sodexo’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards across client manufacturing sites in Singapore. Reporting to senior management, you will embed a strong safety culture within the IFM team and guide supervisors to achieve continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Review, implement and ensure compliance with Sodexo Singapore, Sodexo Group safety policies and local regulations.
• Implement and monitor safety, hygiene and environmental programs at facility and client sites.
• Track injury, illness and incident performance, manage the EHS scorecard and develop corrective action plans.
• Support clients in achieving and maintaining certifications such as ISO 22000 and ISO 9001.
• Oversee HSE standards, playbooks and interface documents; ensure they are up‑to‑date and applied.
• Promote a joint‑responsibility culture to raise sustainability awareness.
• Coach and mentor the operations team to embed HSE behaviours in daily work.
• Conduct daily inspections, internal/external audits (GSE, ISO) and follow‑up investigations.
• Coordinate environmental and safety training programmes for site personnel.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in health, safety and environmental management within manufacturing or facility services.
• Strong leadership and team‑player attitude with a hands‑on approach.
• Ability to influence and develop safety ownership among operational staff.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive improvements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience conducting EHS audits and inspections.
• Incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
