Senior Executive – Broadband Sales & Activations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive to drive ViewQwest’s broadband growth through on‑ground roadshows and strategic partnerships. You will bring our high‑speed internet solutions directly to customers in malls, new estates, corporate sites and community spaces, turning interactions into sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute on‑site roadshows and activations across various locations, handling logistics, setup/teardown and manpower scheduling.
• Lead and coach part‑time promoters and sales agents, managing briefings, rosters and performance tracking.
• Drive broadband plan sign‑ups, consistently meeting monthly targets and KPIs.
• Engage customers, clearly explaining broadband speeds, Wi‑Fi routers and mesh solutions to match their needs.
• Develop and manage corporate and partner relationships with property agents, developers, retailers and workplace HR teams to unlock new territories.
• Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, collaterals and creative tactics to attract traffic.
• Collect on‑ground insights and feedback to improve future activations.

Required profile

• Proven sales drive with confidence in face‑to‑face customer engagement.
• Strong organisational skills to run multiple events independently.
• Natural marketing flair to attract and engage crowds.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage part‑time sales teams.
• Proactive in sourcing new partners and opening new territories.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of broadband products, Wi‑Fi and mesh networking.
