Senior Executive, Project Silver Screen (Contract)

About the role

SingHealth is recruiting a Senior Executive for its Office of Regional Health on a contract basis to support the mainstreaming phase of Project Silver Screen (PSS), a community-based health screening programme that detects early decline in vision, hearing and oral health among seniors. Reporting to the Manager, the role covers planning and optimising PSS Level 1 operations, with oversight of publicity, communications, audit and reporting, and future IT implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Regional Health System (RHS) Operations team, vendors and community partners to run PSS Level 1 events smoothly, and build strong working relationships with them.
• Distribute PSS marketing and publicity materials to relevant stakeholders.
• Support PSS Phase 2 IT implementation and the transition to Epic, and maintain population-level analytics aligned to the RHS population health strategy.
• Compile and report key performance indicators for management and Ministry of Health requirements.
• Recommend event locations and workflow improvements to strengthen PSS Level 1 operations.
• Provide operational and administrative support to SingHealth RHS and cluster stakeholders for other population health and capitation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior healthcare or community partnership experience is an added advantage.
• Experience collaborating with government agencies and community partners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
