Market Access Manager - Health Economics

About the role

The Market Access (MA) Manager in Singapore reports to the Market Access Lead and covers pricing and access across all channels (government, self-pay, private health insurance) for assigned products or therapeutic areas. The role executes integrated market access and pricing strategies, including subsidy applications, pricing cases and alternative financing, and manages patient access programs (PAPs) and their compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the market access strategy for key brands as a core member of the cross-functional team.
• Manage the end-to-end subsidy application process and contribute to BP/LRFP financial planning, feasibility assessments and local value messages.
• Create pricing business cases for new products and repricing cases and run them through local and regional approval.
• Ensure compliance with the Pricing SOP and PAP SOP.
• Manage PAP operations and third-party vendors.
• Support therapeutic area policy shaping and collaborate with commercial, medical and other partners locally and regionally.
• Maintain the Market Access repository and pricing database, and supervise interns and gig trainees.

Required profile

• Science or related university degree; a higher degree or diploma in access (public health, health economics) preferred.
• 4-6 years of related experience; oncology experience preferred.
• No people management experience required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HTA, pricing, government drug policies and compliance.
• Preferred: health economics, pricing strategies, go-to-market strategies, regulatory compliance.
