Senior Field Account Manager

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Account Manager to lead relationships with enterprise customers, drive adoption of risk‑management solutions, and ensure long‑term retention. You will work closely with Business Development and product teams to deliver seamless onboarding and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with large enterprise clients, understanding their risk‑management needs.
• Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive product adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
• Collect client feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the overall experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of proven sales and strategic account management experience.
• Experience engaging with large enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Track record of working with cross‑functional teams and supporting Strategic Account Directors.
• Results‑driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding retention and satisfaction targets.
• Deep understanding of SaaS or technology‑based products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
