Senior Human Resources Business Partner Executive

About the role

fastretailing is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner Executive. The role covers performance management, talent management, recruitment and workforce planning, employee relations and HR operations, working closely with the HR manager and hiring managers across SSC departments.

Key responsibilities

• Performance management: support Beginning-of-Term, Mid-Term and End-Term MBO cycles, quality goal setting, calibration and performance reviews, and provide analysis on performance trends and talent risks
• Talent management: drive Individual Development Plans, track high-potential talent and key talent pipelines, and support promotion and development assessments
• HQ recruitment and workforce planning: end-to-end hiring for headquarter positions up to Assistant Manager, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and quarterly workforce planning reviews
• Employee relations: HR clinics and touch-base sessions, guidance on employee relations matters, support for disciplinary cases and engagement initiatives
• HR operations: manage HR workflows (confirmation, transfer, resignation, staffing changes), monitor leave and attendance, conduct WFS attendance audits, administer probation and confirmation, and keep HR documentation accurate

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of HR Business Partner experience
• Experience in performance management, MBO administration, employee relations and talent management
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to analyse workforce trends and recommend solutions
