Senior Manager – Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES)

About the role

This tech‑adjacent position focuses on integrating operations, IT, and data to support the Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES), a central platform for means‑testing government schemes. You will bridge business requirements with new technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience for both agencies and citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Implement enhancements to HOMES by linking business needs with data sources and emerging technologies.
• Lead solution design and onboarding of new government schemes onto the HOMES platform.
• Review and advise on setup parameters, develop training materials, and conduct user training for the HOMES portal.
• Manage projects, provide ongoing support, and address scheme‑specific queries.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in the public service (preferred).
• Experience on projects integrating policy, business, IT, and operations (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with policy, operations, and technical teams.
• Willingness to learn and apply office productivity and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, solution‑building, and detail‑orientation abilities.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Team player with high initiative and the capacity to work independently.
