Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

EPOS is an AI‑enabled digitalisation company building Southeast Asia’s leading SME point‑of‑sale ecosystem. The Senior Marketing Manager will own day‑to‑day marketing execution in Singapore, translating strategy into demand‑generation campaigns that drive merchant acquisition and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore marketing team across performance, social, content, design and video production, ensuring alignment with the Head of Marketing’s strategy.
• Plan, execute and optimise integrated demand‑generation programmes, including paid media on Meta and Google, EDM nurturing flows, WhatsApp broadcasts and direct‑mail initiatives.
• Oversee social media output and collaborate with content, videography and design teams to raise storytelling quality.
• Own marketing KPIs such as lead volume, cost‑per‑lead, merchant acquisition and campaign ROI, reporting results and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with senior or managerial responsibility.
• Strong performance‑marketing foundation and proven ability to build and optimise paid campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience running demand‑generation programmes (EDM, paid media, events, WhatsApp, direct mail).
• Track record of managing junior marketers and holding output to high standards.
• Background in fintech, payments or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.
• Commercial mindset, urgency, and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, lean environment.
