Senior Occupational Therapist – Home Therapy (West Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join a leading community healthcare provider in West Singapore. You will work directly with seniors in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life after illness or surgery.

Key responsibilities

• Assess physical, cognitive, psychosocial and occupational needs to create evidence‑based intervention plans.
• Support clients in performing daily activities safely within their living environment.
• Deliver training sessions for caregivers and family members.
• Prescribe mobility aids and assistive devices, including personalized motorized equipment.
• Conduct home environment assessments and recommend safety modifications.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.

Required profile

• Recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative team.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
