Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join the Procurement & Contracts Division of MOH Holdings. The role will lead planning, managing and executing procurement activities to secure goods and services for Singapore’s public healthcare institutions, ensuring compliance, transparency and value for money.

Key responsibilities

• Review procurement approval forms in line with MOHH Procurement policies and Corporate Operating Policy.
• Guide Evaluation Committees to develop clear, objective evaluation criteria and scoring methodologies.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business and organisational goals.
• Facilitate and manage complex or strategic end‑to‑end sourcing activities.

Required profile

• Meticulous professional with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in public‑sector procurement, preferably within healthcare.
• Good understanding of MOHH procurement policies, risk management and ethical standards.
• Ability to ensure transparency, open competition and value for money.
