Senior Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale mechanical and electrical infrastructure projects for a leading engineering contractor in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety across data centres, high‑rise buildings and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage day‑to‑day on‑site operations, supervise workers and subcontractors, and enforce schedule and quality standards.
• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive project safety and ISO quality systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive project progress.
• Prepare accurate progress reports, maintain documentation and participate in daily site meetings.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve site issues proactively.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of industry experience, including at least 10 years in project management of local projects.
• Strong technical acumen combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated leader capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
