Senior Project Manager – Hybrid Network Services

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead, schedule and monitor project delivery activities for customer engagements in the Hybrid Network Services domain. The role focuses on improving customer experience, reducing turnaround time, managing cost efficiency and ensuring first‑time‑right outcomes while making processes and systems easy to use.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects of varying size and complexity, including hardware planning, environment provisioning and application deployments.
• Allocate resources based on required skills and capabilities.
• Oversee procurement lifecycle and manage vendor performance.
• Mentor technical implementation leads and guide the program management team.
• Drive customer review meetings, track project KPIs and report status updates.
• Identify and mitigate delivery issues through escalation and collaboration with internal teams.
• Review project margins, prioritize orders and support faster revenue realization.
• Conduct periodic meetings with customers, stakeholders and vendors to address delivery concerns.

Required profile

• B.Tech/Diploma (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in technical support and project delivery within the technology industry.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience with budgeting, cost management and financial planning.
