Senior QP Architect – Statutory & Authority Approvals (Singapore)

About the role

This senior statutory and technical leadership position is part of a major landmark mixed‑use development in Singapore. The role is not design‑focused; instead it centres on navigating codes, authority submissions and approvals to move a complex project through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own statutory and technical delivery, driving authority submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate the architectural team and wider multidisciplinary consultant group.
• Review documentation and confidently challenge the project QP where appropriate.
• Attend technical and consultant coordination meetings and liaise directly with clients.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of architectural experience with substantial Singapore project exposure.
• Strong track record in statutory requirements, authority submissions and approvals in Singapore.
• Deep knowledge of local building codes, regulations and compliance processes.
• Experience coordinating complex technical packages and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
