About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior R&D Hardware Design Engineer to join its high‑speed digital circuit design team focused on next‑generation networking platforms. The role is onsite and offers the opportunity to lead complex hardware projects that will be deployed at global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end hardware designs, from component selection and schematic capture to board‑level architecture and validation.
• Drive high‑speed digital design decisions, addressing signal integrity, power distribution and performance trade‑offs.
• Perform hardware bring‑up, debug and system‑level testing to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architecture, firmware and software groups.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical road‑maps.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in high‑speed digital circuit design for networking or telecom equipment.
• Proven track record of delivering hardware designs that meet stringent signal and power integrity requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced R&D environment.
