Senior Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Specialist you will lead the creation and implementation of retail environments for L'Oréal across the SAPMENA region. Reporting to the Head of Retail Design and Visual Merchandising, you will work with international brand teams and local partners to bring brand concepts to life in stores of varying formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt global brand guidelines for diverse retail channels, from drugstores to flagship stores.
• Design, animate and roll‑out visual merchandising concepts that guide the customer journey for new product launches.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent retail experience across markets.
• Oversee technical and legal compliance during production, guaranteeing quality standards for all counters.
• Manage project budgets and timelines for major launches, providing full team support to meet tight schedules.
• Share best practices with channel partners on staging, counter roll‑outs and local implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in spatial design and retail store roll‑out project management.
• Ability to translate creative brand visions into technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural teams.
• Experience designing integrated omnichannel touchpoints that connect physical stores with digital journeys.
