Senior Sales Associate

About the role

As a Senior Sales Associate at Ninja Van, you will drive new business acquisition and manage merchant relationships across Singapore. You will mentor junior sales staff, promote adoption of new products, and ensure high client satisfaction through end‑to‑end sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, nurture and close leads for Ninja Van’s logistics services.
• Schedule meetings, understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentation decks, profitability analyses and contract documents.
• Maintain lead data in Salesforce CRM and ensure compliance with sales and legal processes.
• Educate clients on service requirements and monitor delivery SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal operations and external partners to secure resources and support.
• Mentor Sales Associates, share technical knowledge and adopt new sales tools.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business development or client‑facing sales roles.
• Diploma or higher; a degree is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales negotiation, pricing strategy, and closing large strategic deals.
• Experience managing the full sales pipeline and mentoring junior team members.
