Senior SAP Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Specialist to lead SAP SD/MM support, incident resolution and project delivery for our Singapore operations. The role blends business analysis, technical configuration and operational ownership across the SAP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SD/MM incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, coordinate resolutions and drive permanent fixes.
• Maintain detailed incident documentation, monitor trends and continuously improve support processes.
• Provide functional expertise on SAP SD and MM, translate business requirements into functional specifications and support configuration, testing and rollout.
• Identify process gaps, recommend optimisations and support automation initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to SAP‑related projects, from requirement gathering through to delivery and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP SD/MM Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on background in incident and problem management within SAP environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and the flexibility to shift between analysis, support and delivery as priorities change.
