Senior Site Foreman

About the role

The Senior Site Foreman will support the Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager in overseeing subcontractors and on‑site crews for general construction works, including formwork, concrete, and reinforcement. The role ensures that all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Lead crews in basement lean concrete works and prepare sites for formwork and rebar installation.
• Inspect and supervise the casting of basement slabs, walls, and columns.
• Maintain housekeeping and enforce safety provisions on the site.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling, daily man‑hour reporting, and coordination of site issues.
• Monitor material and equipment delivery to ensure timely availability.
• Prepare and submit daily allocation sheets and manage material requisitions from store.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Singapore building or underground MRT/civil projects.
• Experience on at least one project valued at S$100 million or more.
• Familiarity with relevant drawings, specifications, and construction details.
