Senior Software Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Consultant to join Intellect Minds in Singapore. The role involves partnering with clients to understand their business and technical needs, and delivering end‑to‑end software solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client business and technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Lead software design, development, integration, migration, and implementation activities.
• Provide technical guidance on application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and project teams.
• Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and client discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery quality.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software development, consulting, or solution implementation.
• Strong experience in Java.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of APIs, databases, system integration, cloud, SDLC, Agile, and DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in enterprise applications or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
