About the role
Our client, an established company in Singapore, is looking for a Cyber Security Incident Responder to manage security incidents from detection through to closure.
Key responsibilities
- Manage security incidents from detection to closure.
- Analyse security events and confirm incidents.
- Drive response and resolution of security incidents.
- Coordinate with the Major Incident Management Team and set up WAR rooms.
- Lead root cause analysis, post‑mortem reporting and preventive actions.
Required profile
- Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or cyber security incident handling.
- Relevant certifications such as EnCE, GCFA, GREM, GCTI, GCIH, CEH, CISSP, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to work across departments under pressure.
