Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

About the role

LionsBot is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to build the user interfaces that control autonomous cleaning robots deployed worldwide. You will work in a small, fast‑moving team where decisions are made quickly and the software you create directly impacts robot operators on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement web, mobile, and on‑robot interfaces that translate live robot data into intuitive controls.
• Transform designer mock‑ups into pixel‑perfect screens, ensuring consistency across devices.
• Handle real‑time data streams via WebSocket/WebRTC, managing dropped connections and stale data gracefully.
• Optimize performance: fast load times, smooth transitions, and low latency from robot events to UI updates.
• Develop shared component libraries to avoid duplicated effort.
• Ship frequently with automated builds, small releases, and thorough code reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building production‑grade front‑end applications.
• Strong eye for detail; pixel‑perfect implementation is a must.
• Ability to learn new frameworks and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality work quickly.
