Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

About the role

Grab is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Support Experience team. You will design, build, and operate full‑stack systems that power Grab’s support journey for consumers, drivers, and merchants, using modern web and backend technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features with React, TypeScript, Golang and internal tooling.
• Lead technical design and implementation for Help Centre, support workflows, backend APIs and internal platforms.
• Build scalable, reliable, and observable microservices that integrate with downstream systems.
• Create clean, accessible, and maintainable frontend experiences for users, agents and internal teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, QA and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Own production readiness, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks and release quality.
