Senior Stage Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Stage Manager to lead our stage crew and ensure every production meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Based at our Golden Mile venue in Singapore, you will coordinate with production teams, manage budgets, and stay ahead of entertainment trends.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the stage manager and stage crew, ensuring smooth execution of all productions.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the crew, production team, and managers to troubleshoot issues, motivate staff, and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of performance, music, and entertainment trends.
• Stay current with lighting, sound equipment, stage props, and related technologies.
• Monitor performance and personnel expenses to keep within approved budgets.
• Understand audience needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Participate in monthly management meetings with shareholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Minimum three years of experience in stage production or stage management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and communicate with all organisational levels.
• Willingness to work additional hours when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of modern lighting and sound equipment.
• Familiarity with stage‑prop handling and related technologies.
