Senior Stage Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Stage Manager to lead our stage crew and ensure every live performance meets the highest standards of quality. Based at our venue on Beach Road, you will coordinate productions for our pub and karaoke operations, keeping pace with the latest entertainment trends.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the Stage Manager and all stage crew members.
• Maintain consistent quality and performance across all stage productions.
• Conduct weekly meetings with crew, production team and managers to troubleshoot issues, motivate staff and drive improvements.
• Monitor stage personnel expenses and keep them within budget.
• Attend monthly management meetings with shareholders to provide updates on stage and production matters.
• Stay informed about audience preferences and emerging entertainment trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stage production or stage management.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and problem‑solving skills, able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work additional hours when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of modern lighting equipment.
• Knowledge of sound equipment and audio technology.
• Familiarity with stage props and production technology.
