Senior Strategic Relationship Manager – APAC

About the role

Reap is a global fintech company building stablecoin‑enabled financial solutions. We are looking for a Senior Strategic Relationship Manager to lead and grow our most strategic APAC customers, primarily web3‑native and global fintech operators.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of top strategic accounts, acting as the executive‑level partner.
• Conduct quarterly and executive business reviews, map stakeholder landscapes, and drive multi‑product adoption.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, building expansion plans tied to customer outcomes.
• Design, test, and iterate lifecycle programs in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Product to improve activation and retention.
• Develop customer health scoring, churn predictors, and adoption dashboards; create intervention playbooks.
• Provide structured feedback to Product, influencing roadmap priorities across activation, expense management, treasury, and FX.
• Set up account and success plans, conduct value reviews anchored on customer KPIs, and produce enablement content.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing strategic accounts in fintech, web3, or related financial services.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and retention initiatives.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills, engaging CEOs, CFOs, CROs, and payments teams.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
