About the role

This role sits within the Operations Control Centre (OCC) team that provides 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system. It is a senior position involving day-to-day oversight of system operations and support for maintenance and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

Monitor system operations dashboards and detect faults.
Log incidents and escalate faults according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Business Continuity Plans, working with internal and external stakeholders.
Support system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems, and post-upgrade sanity checks.

Required profile

Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in information technology.
Interest in an Operations Control Centre environment; relevant experience is an advantage.
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Meticulous and attentive to detail.

Required skills

Effective written and verbal communication in English.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
