About the role
This role sits within the Operations Control Centre (OCC) team that provides 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system. It is a senior position involving day-to-day oversight of system operations and support for maintenance and upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor system operations dashboards and detect faults.
- Log incidents and escalate faults according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Business Continuity Plans, working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems, and post-upgrade sanity checks.
Required profile
- Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in information technology.
- Interest in an Operations Control Centre environment; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Meticulous and attentive to detail.
Required skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
