Senior Technical Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Designer to support the Architectural Associate/Architect in delivering high‑quality design solutions. The role involves preparing planning applications, creating design proposals, and coordinating detailed design information throughout project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare planning applications and other regulatory procedures.
• Create design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Assist in detailed design and coordinate design information.
• Prepare and update tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Liaise with planning authorities and technical officers to obtain statutory approvals.
• Attend site visits, record minutes and discussions, and coordinate site issues.
• Produce and analyse detailed specifications for materials and construction processes.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive, conscientious team player.
• Experience in commercial, mixed‑use, or residential projects is advantageous.
