Senior Vice President, System Analyst – Group Technology

About the role

The Senior Vice President, System Analyst will collaborate with business users, analysts and project teams to design, implement and support technology solutions across United Overseas Bank's Group Technology function.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business users and analysts to gather requirements, propose alternative solutions and influence outcomes.
• Develop and review functional specifications, technical design documents and effort estimates.
• Coordinate with architects, developers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to UOB methodology.
• Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and manage post‑implementation issues, incidents and production support.
• Maintain comprehensive application documentation and verify vendor code releases against specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• More than 5 years of system analysis, testing or project management experience in banking/financial services.
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements sessions and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
