Senior Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team in Singapore. In this role you will ensure smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for delivery to end users.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certification is a plus).
• Pallet jack operation.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

• Contract employment with a competitive monthly salary of SGD 1,600‑2,500.
• Island‑wide transport provided.
• Standard working hours: Mon‑Thu 8:00 am‑5:15 pm, Fri 8:00 am‑4:30 pm.
