About the role

Join Paul Singapore as a Service Crew member and be the front‑line ambassador delivering friendly, high‑quality service to our customers across the island. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced food and beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a calm presence in a busy setting.
Prepare and serve quality beverages and food items in line with health, safety and sanitation standards.
Follow operational policies, including cash handling procedures and store cleanliness.
Work efficiently under high pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.

Required profile

Outgoing, bubbly personality with a passion for food & beverage service.
Ability to create a warm, friendly atmosphere and maintain high energy.
Strong English communication and reading skills.
Flexible availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Immediate start date is an advantage.
