F&B Project Manager – Restaurant Development

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager (F&B) to oversee restaurant construction, renovation, and fit‑out projects from planning through successful completion. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant construction, renovation, and fit‑out projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and resources to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, designers, suppliers, landlords and internal stakeholders.
• Review layout plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp to ensure operational feasibility.
• Support transition from project completion to outlet operations, ensuring readiness and proper handover.
• Monitor project quality, safety, compliance and identify risks with practical solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B project management, restaurant construction, renovations or outlet development.
• Experience supporting franchise or multi‑outlet projects is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
