Service Engineer – Data Center & ACMV

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to support critical cooling and environmental monitoring systems in data centre environments. The role involves routine maintenance, diagnostics, and rapid response to emergency service calls, ensuring optimal performance of ACMV and precision cooling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, system diagnostics, and emergency troubleshooting on cooling and monitoring equipment.
• Execute system start‑up and shut‑down procedures and respond to emergency service calls.
• Provide technical support and training based on Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
• Generate detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise contractor activities, enforce safety protocols, and monitor incident logs.
• Organise daily execution schedules and assist with ad‑hoc operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC qualification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in engineering maintenance or facilities servicing.
• Willingness to perform standby or emergency call‑out duties.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams.
