About the role

The Service Supervisor will support daily operations of a busy hospitality outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery and high team morale. Reporting to management, you will help drive efficiency, maintain standards, and contribute to the outlet’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist management with daily operational matters and monthly forecasting.
  • Motivate team members, maintain cohesiveness, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Plan routine cleaning, conduct inventory checks, and uphold food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Execute equipment maintenance schedules and perform routine inspections.
  • Resolve service disruptions and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Prepare the outlet for opening and closing, including schedule coordination.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in KTV, restaurant service, retail, or a similar environment.
  • At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
